Modern Luxury Garden Wedding at New Fort Hall, Hotel X Toronto

Marwa and Sher’s wedding at the Glass Pavilion at Hotel X Toronto blended modern architecture with a lush, garden-inspired aesthetic. Layered greenery, expressive florals, warm gold accents, and a vibrant colour palette transformed the light-filled space into an immersive celebration defined by thoughtful customization and refined detail.

Designing Within New Fort Hall at Hotel X Toronto

New Fort Hall is known for its expansive layout, modern structure, and versatility as a luxury event space. Rather than overwhelming the room, the design approach focused on activating the space through intentional zoning, layered elements, and warmth.

The goal was to soften the contemporary architecture while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic—allowing the room to feel immersive without losing its refined edge.

A Garden-Inspired Vision with Modern Refinement

Set within the Glass Pavilion, the design leaned into a garden-inspired aesthetic; lush, textural, and full of life. While maintaining a polished, contemporary edge. Greenery flowed throughout the space, grounding the room and creating a sense of cohesion.

Gold candelabras added height and warmth, reflecting light beautifully beneath the glass ceiling, while expressive florals introduced softness and movement against the Pavilion’s modern geometry.

Custom Design Elements That Transformed the Space

Every element within the Glass Pavilion was customized specifically for Marwa and Sher’s celebration, ensuring nothing felt repeated or templated.

Key design features included:

  • A custom-designed backdrop tailored to the Pavilion’s scale

  • A curated lounge area that complemented the venue’s modern layout

  • A thoughtfully planned floor plan to enhance guest flow within the Glass Pavilion

  • Elegant gold candelabras paired with lush floral arrangements

  • A statement cake that became a focal design moment

Each detail was designed in harmony with the venue, reinforcing a cohesive and immersive experience.

Customization at the Heart of Luxury

What truly defined this wedding was the level of customization and care behind every decision.

At EtherealCreators, luxury begins with intention. From the floor plan to the floral palette, every detail was designed specifically for Marwa and Sher—ensuring the celebration felt unique, personal, and unforgettable.

Their response said it all: they loved it.

A Modern Luxury Wedding That Felt Alive

Marwa and Sher’s wedding at New Fort Hall proved that luxury does not have to feel rigid or overproduced. When modern design meets natural elements and thoughtful customization, the result is a celebration that feels alive—elegant, immersive, and deeply personal.
