Real Toronto Weddings with Personalized Decor That Tells a Story
At Ethereal Creators, we don’t believe in copy-paste weddings. Each event is an expression of a love story, a personal history, or a cultural dream. Whether you're envisioning a Sangeet that feels like a vibrant Italian street festival or a reception wrapped in cherry blossoms, our mission is to bring that vision to life—right here in Toronto.
Let’s walk you through a few standout stories from couples (and corporate clients!) who asked us to design beyond the ordinary.
Waqas & Samar: A Japanese-Inspired Wedding at Liberty Grand
When Waqas and Samar shared their dream of getting married under cherry blossoms in Japan, we knew we had to create that magic here. Set at Liberty Grand, we brought in soft pink florals, suspended petals, and a delicate, dreamy ceremony space that transported guests to Kyoto in full bloom. Every detail, from the floral runners to the lighting, mirrored the calm elegance of springtime in Japan.
"We couldn’t go to Japan, but Ethereal brought Japan to us.” – Samar
Sukhmeet & Aashish: A Floor that Matched Her Lehenga
This bride’s red lehenga wasn’t just a fashion statement—it was the blueprint for the reception design. We custom-vinyled the entire dance floor to match her intricate embroidery pattern and tones. The result? A seamless extension of her outfit into the space, making every photo feel like part of a visual story. This wedding at Copper Creek was the perfect example of true personalization meets production-level design.
Corporate Holiday Party at Universal Event Space: Brand Colours Reimagined
When United Thermo Group Ltd. celebrated their 25th anniversary with a holiday party, the goal wasn’t just to entertain—it was to express brand pride through design. Our team used their corporate colour palette to develop a cohesive yet vibrant atmosphere, from bold floral arrangements and uplighting to custom signage and branded details throughout the venue.
But the best part? The response.
*“As a corporate event planner, I’m always on the lookout for the perfect partners to help bring my clients’ visions to life... Abdul, Hafsa, and the entire Ethereal Creators team were the only choice for the job!
Working with them was such an incredible experience. The entire process was fun, creative, and truly collaborative... The design was breathtaking and far exceeded anything I or my client had imagined.”*
This collaboration shows what’s possible when event production meets brand storytelling—a celebration that doesn’t just look good, but feels right.

Priya & Rob’s Sangeet at Globe and Mail: Four Colour Zones Inspired by Italy
Priya and Rob dreamed of getting married in Italy—but they also wanted a Sangeet full of culture, vibrancy, and immersive design. Inspired by Italian piazzas and festival colour palettes, we divided the space into four distinct zones, each with its own furniture colour scheme and vibe. Think luxe velvet lounges, bold floral backdrops, and statement bars—all woven into one flowing celebration.
"It felt like you walked through four different parties in one night.” – Rob
