An all-white, all-custom Jewish wedding for 650 guests — three rooms designed, built and styled from the ground up by Ethereal Creators. Every ceiling, every panel, every bloom was made for this celebration.
Some weddings are decorated. This one was designed. For a 650-guest Jewish wedding, we transformed three separate rooms — a ceremony space, a Kabbalat Panim room, and a grand reception — into one seamless, all-white world of our own making. Nothing here came off a shelf: the ceiling installations, the layered panels, the floral architecture and the floor plan were all conceived and built by our team.

For this 650-guest all-white Jewish wedding, Ethereal Creators designed, built and styled three custom rooms: a chuppah of layered iridescent acrylic panels; a Kabbalat Panim room anchored by a 7.5-foot ceiling truss of laser-cut swirl fabric panels with 20-foot floral installations; and a main reception with four suspended ceiling installations, a beaded-lamp chandelier and a live water fountain surrounded by white hydrangea. The entire space was floored in white vinyl and draped in ivory and champagne — a two-day build with a crew of 20+.
The Vision: All-White, All Custom
The couple wanted a wedding that felt pure, luminous and modern — an all-white palette carried across every room, elevated with ivory, champagne and the shimmer of iridescence. Rather than dress the rooms, we rebuilt them: white vinyl flooring throughout, floor-to-ceiling ivory and champagne draping, and custom curved feature walls with integrated wall sconces to anchor each space. The result reads as one continuous, cohesive world across three very different rooms.
Room One: The Chuppah
For the ceremony, we built a chuppah unlike any other — hundreds of iridescent acrylic panels, laser-cut and layered one by one to create a shimmering, cascading canopy that caught and scattered the light. Suspended over a clean white stage and framed by clear ghost chairs and champagne draping, it felt at once modern, sacred and completely original.
Every panel was placed by hand. That layered, one-by-one build is what gives the chuppah its depth and movement — it's craftsmanship you can feel, not a printed backdrop.

Room Two: The Kabbalat Panim
The Kabbalat Panim (KP) room was designed as a moment of arrival. Overhead, we suspended a 7.5-foot ceiling truss dressed in laser-cut fabric panels that swirl and scallop like clouds. Beneath it, 20-foot floral installations rose from the floor around a sculptural ivory velvet love seat, with a bed of white hydrangea grounding the whole scene. It's floral architecture — flowers used at the scale of building material.
Room Three: The Main Reception
The main room was the crescendo. We designed four separate ceiling installations — layered fabric panels at varying heights — with a dramatic beaded-lamp chandelier at the centre. Directly beneath it, we built a live water fountain encircled by a lush bed of white hydrangea: a living, moving centrepiece for 650 guests. Every table was set on mirror and dressed in white cymbidium orchids, roses and calla lilies, with champagne velvet banquettes and a considered, interactive floor plan designed to bring guests together.
Designer note: The sweetheart table sat against a custom curved feature wall with integrated sconces — a designed focal point that gives the couple their own architectural moment within the larger room.
The Florals: White, Fresh & Architectural
Across all three rooms, the florals were entirely white and entirely fresh — hydrangea used by the thousand, garden roses, cascading white cymbidium orchids and sculptural calla lilies. We used them the way an architect uses materials: as walls of bloom, as 20-foot columns, as runners and beds and cascades. That's the difference between a florist and a floral design house — the flowers become structure.
The Build: Two Days, 20+ Hands
An installation of this scale isn't styled in an afternoon. This transformation took two full days and a crew of 20+ working around the clock — engineering the ceiling trusses, hanging each iridescent panel, building the fountain, and installing florals at architectural scale. When guests walked in, none of that effort was visible. That's the point: the magic looks effortless because the work was relentless.
